Lodging Rates include free enhanced Continental Breakfast

Rates for Lodge Suites:

• Six units, Sleeps up to 6 in beds
• $120.00 per night plus tax for one or two persons
• $10.00 for each additional person per night
• Weekends $10.00 extra per night
• Reservations for seven nights or more will receive the seventh night free
• Children 7 and under stay free

Rates for Mountain Home:

• Sleeps 12 in beds, up to 8 more on the floor.
• $425.00 per night for entire Mountain Home (5 rooms and use of kitchen and dining).
• Weekends $450.00 per night

Rates for Family Suite:

• Sleeps 10 in beds
• $350.00 per night, four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths
• Weekends $375.00 per night

• $105.00 per night plus tax for one or two persons
• $10 for each additional person per night
• Weekends $10.00 extra per night
• Six units, sleep up to 4

NO Pets are allowed except in specific suites for $10.00 per night per night per pet and require a $25.00 deposit, which may be partially or fully refunded following an inspection of the suite for excessive wear or necessary cleaning. Please notify us if you are bringing a pet at the time you make your reservation.

Reservations:
Reservations can be made through travel agents or by individuals calling Pinewoods Resort directly at 1-800-848-2525. All reservations must be validated by a deposit within five days after the reservation is confirmed or two weeks prior to the scheduled day of arrival whichever is earlier unless other arrangements are made. Reservations made less then two weeks prior to the scheduled day of arrival will require a verified credit card number authorized for immediate processing.
