Lodging Rates include free enhanced Continental Breakfast

Rates for Lodge Suites:

• Six units, Sleeps up to 6 in beds
• $99.00-$160.00 per night plus tax for one or two persons
• $10.00 for each additional person per night
• Weekends $10.00 extra per night
• Reservations for seven nights or more will receive the seventh night free
• Children 7 and under stay free

Rates for Mountain Home:

• Sleeps 15 in beds, up to 5 more on the floor.
• $425.00-$540.00 per night for entire Mountain Home (5 rooms and use of kitchen and dining).

Rates for Family Suite:

• Sleeps 10 in beds
• $225.00-$300.00 per night, four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths

Rates for Inn Suites: 11-14, 16, 17

• $90.00-$130.00 per night plus tax for one or two persons
• $10 for each additional person per night
• Weekends $10.00 extra per night
• Six units, sleep up to 4
• Children 7 and under stay free

Rates for Inn Suite #18

• $99.00-$160.00 per night plus tax for one to two persons
• $10 for each additional person per night
• Weekends $10.00 extra per night
• Sleeps up to 6.

• $117.00-$160.00 per night plus tax for one to two persons
• $10 for each additional person
• Weekends $10.00 extra per night
• Sleeps up to 8

Rates for Motel Rooms #7 and #10

• $65.00-$85.00 per night plus tax for one to two persons
• Weekends $10.00 extra per night

Rates for Motel Rooms #8 and #9

• $75.00-$95.00 per night plus tax for one to two persons, ADA compliant
• Weekends $10.00 extra per night

Reservation Information

Reservations:
Reservations can be made through travel agents or by individuals calling Pinewoods Resort directly at 1-800-848-2525. All reservations must be validated by a deposit within five days after the reservation is confirmed or two weeks prior to the scheduled day of arrival whichever is earlier unless other arrangements are made. Reservations made less then two weeks prior to the scheduled day of arrival will require a verified credit card number authorized for immediate processing.

Deposits:
A deposit of one night’s lodging is required before any reservation is validated. Deposits can be made in the form of a check, money order, or verified credit card number authorized for immediate processing.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival will receive a full refund of the money received by Pinewoods Resort as a deposit less a $20 Processing Fee.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled day of arrival will be charged one night’s lodging for each unit canceled. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled day of arrival will be fully charged for each unit canceled.
