Pinewoods Reservations

Reservations can be made through our New Online Reservation System, travel agents, or by individuals calling Pinewoods Resort directly at 1-800-848-2525. All reservations must be validated by a deposit within five days after the reservation is confirmed or two weeks prior to the scheduled day of arrival whichever is earlier unless other arrangements are made. Reservations made less then two weeks prior to the scheduled day of arrival will require a verified credit card number authorized for immediate processing.

Deposits:

A deposit of one nights lodging is required before any reservation is validated. Deposits can be made in the form of a check, money order, or verified credit card number authorized for immediate processing.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival will receive a full refund of the money received by Pinewoods Resort as a deposit.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled day of arrival will be charged one nights lodging for each unit canceled. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled day of arrival will be fully charged for each unit canceled. ATV, Mountain Bike and Snowmobile Rentals available.
