* 8 hour minimum on weekends and holidays.

** $800.00 credit card or cash security deposit required per snowmobile on the day of rental.

Deposits can be made in the form of cash or verified credit card number authorized for immediate processing.

When you call Pinewoods Resort to make an snowmobile reservation 50% of the rental rate is required as a deposit per snowmobile rented.

Cancellations: Cancellations made 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival will receive a full refund of the money received by Pinewoods Resort as a deposit less a $20 Processing Fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled day of arrival will forfeit the 50% snowmobile rental deposit for each unit canceled. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled day of arrival will be fully charged the rental rate for each unit canceled.
